Bottom Line Solutions is a family-owned business based in Madison, Connecticut, founded by brothers Rich and Tom Foyle. For more than 30 years, we have specialized in importing and distributing high-quality consumable products across Healthcare, Hospitality, Food Service, and Industrial markets. In addition, our private label program helps customers enhance brand visibility through customized packaging solutions tailored to their products.

Our Team
Rich Foyle
Rich entered the medical consumable industry immediately after graduating college in 1985, and it has been the only business he has ever known. Over the past four decades, he has built strong relationships and successful ventures across the Biomedical, Food Processing, Senior Living, Life Sciences and Healtcare markets.
With more than 45 years of experience in importing and private labeling products, Rich specializes in helping clients expand brand awareness and drive revenue growth. His expertise includes overseas supply chain logistics , international trade, and cultivating long -standing global manufacturing partnerships.
Tom Foyle
Tom Foyle is a self-employed entrepreneur specializing in PPE sales, procurement, and global sourcing. With over 25 years of experience importing goods into the United States, he has built a trusted network of more than 100 domestic and international manufacturing partners serving healthcare, industrial, and food service markets. Tom is known for delivering reliable supply, competitive pricing, and consistent quality while building long-term relationships grounded in transparency and exceptional service.
Outside of work, Tom enjoys spending time with his family, fly fishing, and getting out on the golf course whenever he can.
Nicole Falvo
Nicole is a seasoned operations and customer service professional with over 20 years of experience delivering exceptional client support and organizational excellence. She began her career in 2005 and spent 10 years with American Furniture Rental, where she built a strong reputation for meticulous attention to detail, responsiveness, and a genuine commitment to both clients and colleagues. Her ability to anticipate needs and resolve challenges with professionalism made her a trusted resource across the organization.
Nicole then spent six years with personal protective equipment company, where she further expanded her operational expertise in a fast-paced, high-demand environment. She currently contributes her experience and disciplined approach to service at Bottom Line Solutions.
